PLUSES: Clean rooms. Working heaters (which really worked for me since I was there during the winter). Very youth-oriented. Near a shopping mall and a chain of restaurants.
MINUSES: Mediocre breakfast. No sound proofing, so you can always hear your neighbors talking. And don't make the mistake of returning to your hostel from your morning gallivanting until 3 PM. They close everything to clean up the place and you can't even enter to leave your cam or change your shirt.
