Stairway to heaven

Question: How do I get to the mountain top where the walled city of Toledo is located?

Answer: You take the escalator, of course! If you're bringing your own car, you could park it outside the city and take the elevator. If you're coming by bus, you could get off at the Church of Santiago and take this elevator, or (the better option) get off at the Plaza de Zocodover and begin exploring the city from there.
