We visited the Cathedral of Palma de Mallorca on the last day of the V Escuela de Orient. Like any other point in the city, the church was packed to bursting as tourists (mostly Germans and Brits) took pictures of the gorgeous interiors while trying to avoid the sweltering heat of the afternoon sun.
When we finally came out of the cathedral after about 30 minutes, we sat on the pavement outside the church doors and waited for our group of 17 to be reassembled. So what would any bored and tired young people do given the circumstance? Why, goof around, of course! Here's me, Mari Cruz, Sergio and Carlos (our unfed baby) as we beg for money. Precious!
