PLUSES: The best breakfast ever served in a turn-of-the-century dining room! Very solicitous staff members. Located in a quiet sidestreet of a busy main thoroughfare of Paris.
MINUSES: Well, this is not exactly a budget accommodation. Just like anything in Paris, the more you get near the center, the more expensive the hotels get.
