So not Koh Lanta 7
Another reason why Palawan is a recommended tourist destination in the Philippines (other than it is where the seventh season of the French reality show Koh Lanta was filmed) is the fact that the province is a haven for exotic flora and fauna.
In fact, scientists have recently discovered new species of an orchid and a shrew in Palawan's Mount Matalinghan. Nice!
