Ti ricordi perchè

Let's do this in Italian, shall we?

(Remembrance starts here while you go without knowing anything about it. You'll get an small "Hello" from the outside, which is almost like saying "I know I'll feel bad." Remembrance does start here.)

Io con te dentro volo e tu mi sentirai passare
Se devi andare, vai. Fai prima che puoi. No non ti voltare
Da qui fotografo ricordi.
(I will fly with you in my heart and you will feel me passing by. If you must go, then go. Do it as soon as you can. Don't ever turn your back. I'll take pictures of memories from here.)

su e giù fra pelle e cuore fino a spaccarci dentro,
fino a dimenticarsi e ritornare...
Ti ricordi davvero di me?

(You are the first thought that crosses my mind from when I open my eyes in every morning that shines, underneath my skin and within my heart, until we hurt inside, until we forget and then we get back. Do you really remember me? Why do you remember? With feelings like those of a rock, I ran to you. I laughed with you. I kissed you, but you seemed different because of what has happened.)

(I have your image like a picture, opaque though not much time has passed. Remembrance starts here.)

(I sit on the grass and among the flowers and I let my eyes wander through time. It this thus that your words "I will help you to love" come rushing back -- you told me that slowly -- until that "Good bye" that decided my fate... yes, even your fate.)

Ti ricordi davvero di me? O ti ricordi perchè?
Ti ricordi davvero di me? O ti ricordi perchè?
(Do you remember me as much as I remember you? It's the light of simple things that shines through. Do you remember that making love used to be sweet. It used to be strong. It used to be love. With feelings like those of a rock, I ran to you. I laughed with you. Do you really remember me? Why do you remember? Do you really remember me? Why do you remember?)
