No more finger pointing. No more blaming and accusing other people. It's time to mourn the dead and consider this episode as our collective failure to respond. This time, it's OUR fault. In remembrance of all the lives we lost (the Hong Kong tourists and Rolando Mendoza, the ex-police officer who took them as hostage) in the hostage crisis of August 23, 2010 in Manila, the Philippines. We'll remember. We're sorry.
